    Join the White Oak-New Riverkeeper Alliance for a day of fun to keep your local rivers clean.

    We will be meeting at 8:30 am at the Green Turtle in Sneads Ferry. Canoes and kayaks will be launched by 9:00 am.

    We will provide water, trash bags and canoes or kayaks, or bring your own paddlecraft! 

    Be sure to register today to reserve your spot!

    We will also be holding 1 more clean up on the 3rd Saturday of the month in October!

    Register here to volunteer for Operation Medicine Cabinet drug dropoff day on September 25th. As a volunteer, you will help log all of the medications brought in and assist with our law enforcement as needed.

    Your help and support is vital for this project and we appreciate each and every volunteer! Please make sure to notate your t-shirt size in your registration form.

    Help us keep prescription drugs off the streets and out of our waters! Bring your unused, unwanted or expired medications to one of the local dropoff locations September 25th for safe, anonymous disposal.

    Roses Department Store - Western Blvd., Jacksonville
    Onslow County Farmer's Market - 4024 Richlands Highway, Jacksonville
    RBC Bank - Richlands
    Swansboro Fire Dept - Highway 24, Swansboro
    Sneads Ferry Family Pharmacy - 1016 Old Folkstone Road, Sneads Ferry

    • Southwest Creek Bridge on Highway 17

    Join the White Oak-New Riverkeeper Alliance for a day of fun to keep your local rivers clean.

    We will be meeting at 8:30 am at the Southwest Creek bridge on Highway 17. The bridge is located 1.7 miles south of the Highway 17/Maplehurst intersection. Canoes and kayaks will be launched by 9:00 am.

    We will provide water, trash bags and canoes or kayaks, or bring your own paddlecraft!
